Just installed 10.2 on an old GeoXT 2005 with 64MB memory. It opens fast and works so well -- even better than ArcPad 7.0.1 back in the day. Great job, Esri team!

Does ArcPad work with a touch screen laptop and stylus combo. What about a touchscreen with a digitizer pen? Any suggestions? I would prefer a physical keyboard due to what I have to collect.

touch screen with or without pen, or keyboard - they all work.

I know this isn't really a support page but was wondering if anyone has had an issue with certain features causing display issues in Arcpad 10.2. With certain point features the display area seems to just go black unless using default symbology. only in 10.2, weird

There hasn't been a generic issue with display areas going black in 10.2, you will definitely be better off going to tech support with this question, and describe the specific case your experiencing.

Has anybody encountered "script error 80040E37" when launching an ArcPad project ver 10.2? All functionality appears to work after clicking past the error, but I'd like to resolve the underlying issue as to why this is happening. I can't find much info on this, so I thought I'd ask the question here. The link below is to the only post I found and the proposed solutions don't work for me.
