Rapid Disaster Assessment with ArcPad on Marco Island, FL

"On Marco Island, stress, so it seems is banned by law", but in the case of a disaster, the CERT (Citizen Emergency Response Team) volunteers of this Florida city are trained to use ArcPad to perform a damage assesment within six hours of the emergency.

ArcPad in Snowshoes
